This site (hereinafter referred to as Loud T-shirts) is administered in the Print on Demand system by LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL, with the following identification data: Unique Registration Code 45078484, registered at the Trade Registry with no. Browsing the website www.tricouriloud.ro followed by creating an account or placing an order is equivalent to reading, understanding and expressly accepting the terms below.

In case of divergence or misunderstandings between SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL and the client, the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order will apply.

1. PRODUCTS

The products sold on www.tricouriloud.ro are made expressly based on your orders.

Through the presentation images used on the website, an attempt is made to reproduce the finished product as faithfully as possible. However, we draw attention to the fact that, for various reasons, the colors seen on the monitor may be different from the actual colors of the products or of the graphics to be printed on them.

Product images, offers, prices and contests can be changed without prior notice. The products sold through LOUD T-shirts will be accompanied by a tax invoice at the time of delivery.

2. AUTHENTICATION

To create an account on the www.tricouriloud.ro website, you must use a valid e-mail address.

Tricouri LOUD can refuse your registration request in situations where it finds that you have used information inconsistent with reality or use the services in a manner inconsistent with normal usage.

To create an account, you can register on the site with a simple click on the little man icon on the top right of the site header, then go through the steps by filling in the fields in the form.

To register, you will be asked to enter your last name, first name, email address and a password.

After receiving the confirmation email, you can log in to the website. By accessing the Logging section in the site header, you can:

complete the order completion procedure faster;
check the status of your orders;
view the orders made;
update personal data;
change the password;
add multiple billing and delivery addresses;

You are fully responsible for keeping your access password safe as well as any registration, login and account information. You are fully responsible for any order and/or payment made using our website from your account.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

Placing the order is done by completing the following steps:

Create an account or if you already have one, log in to facilitate the purchase process;

Select the desired product, choose the desired color, size and number of pieces and add them to the basket with a simple click on the "Add to basket" button;

After selecting the desired products, if you want to place the order, click on the basket icon in the website header to go through the steps to place the order or continue shopping. If you do not want to create an account on the site, you can purchase the products as a visitor by checking "Order without account". Then enter all the data necessary to process the order;

You are obliged to read the "Terms and conditions" of LOUD T-shirts to place an order, which is why you must agree to them before processing the order;

We recommend that you accept the receipt of Newsletters from Tricouri LOUD to be up to date with the best offers and notices on the website. You can refuse to receive the Newsletter by checking the box that will appear when you place your order;

By completing the Order, you, as a customer, guarantee that all the data provided is real and correct, otherwise you will be responsible for any consequences determined by these errors.

Also, by completing the order, you expressly declare that you agree that a LOUD T-shirts representative will contact you by any available means (e-mail/phone) to confirm the Order.

Only after confirming the Order, the package will be handed over to the agent from the courier company.

In case of inconvenience caused by the unavailability of a product, even though when placing the order the product was in stock, we will take all possible steps to notify you as soon as possible (by phone call, phone message or email) when a new product is available.

4. PRICES

The prices displayed on the website www.tricouriloud.ro are in RON and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be specified on the checkout page and will be found on the tax invoice. The displayed prices are valid at the time of accessing the page, LOUD T-shirts reserving the right to change them at any time, without any notice or notification. By placing an order on the www.louddesign.ro website, you are obliged to pay the value of the ordered products.

5. PROMOTIONS

LOUD T-shirts regularly organizes different Promotions that are announced on the website. Promotions begin their validity at the moment of their activation on the site and cease their validity at the moment of their inactivation on the site. The promotions cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts and are valid only within the stock limit.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery of LOUD Design products is handled by Sameday (courier company).

If the delivery address is not in the coverage area of the courier company, you will be notified by phone about the additional costs applied to the parcel delivery for kilometers outside the delivery points. LOUD T-shirts reserves the right to demand payment in advance for products ordered with delivery to addresses far outside the delivery points. We want to avoid possible inconveniences caused by the refusal of the parcel, the lack of response to the courier's call and the failure to pick up the parcel in a timely manner, forcing Tricouri LOUD to pay the courier company the cost of its return. These measures are required to assure us of your good intention to receive the order.

The cost for the delivery of parcels has a fixed value of 22 lei (VAT included) regardless of the delivery address and only on the territory of Romania.

From the moment of confirmation of the order placed on the website, the order will arrive in your possession within 3-5 working days , depending on the product chosen. This term can be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a term of 10 working days , calculated from the date of receipt of the order.

We do not assume responsibility for delivery delays due to the courier.

The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures the security of the transport. The responsibility for any damage caused during the transport of the product, parcel or package sent by us, rests with the carrier according to the local legislation in force.

7. COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

Any dissatisfaction related to accessing, using, registering on our website, placing an order, aspects related to the order made and others, will be communicated exclusively by email to store@louddesign.ro

Your complaint will be registered and you will receive a written response to the mentioned e-mail address, on the occasion of bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention, within no more than 5 working days.

You, the customer, declare that you agree not to make these complaints public, especially without waiting for a response to solve them (on social networks, the media, discussions at private parties or in any other way) subject to bearing the material damages caused for the image damage brought to the company by these actions.

8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

If, for various reasons, you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return or exchange it within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. The products must be in the original packaging, have all the labels attached, not be worn or washed and not be damaged in any way. All fees regarding the return of products, the return of money as well as the resending of new products will be borne by the buyer.

Product return method:

Products can only be returned by Express Courier. We only accept non-refundable parcels in which the returned products are entered and a document with the account details in which the money will be returned;

Only after we take possession of the product and check its condition, we will start the refund process. If the product shows signs of damage, SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL reserves the right to withhold a compensatory amount proportional to the damage caused, the amount that will be communicated to you in advance in an explanatory email;

Refund method: bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the return parcel and checking the integrity and degree of damage of the product;

We reserve the right to refuse the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

In case of changing the products, you must contact us before sending back the product received from Tricouri LOUD and to send us the information related to the product you want changed.

Conditions for exchanging products:

The ordered product can only be exchanged for another product identical in model. The product can only be changed if it does not correspond to the description on the website, has material or personalization defects, does not correspond to the size chart displayed on the website, you received a different product than the one ordered or the size chosen is not the correct one;

The costs for sending the products to be exchanged are your responsibility. We only accept parcel without refund. Only after we take possession of the product and check its condition, we will send another product for exchange. If the product shows signs of damage, if it has been worn or washed, if the packaging is incomplete or the labels are missing, Tricouri LOUD reserves the right to request the payment of compensatory costs proportional to the damage caused, which will be paid at receiving the new parcel. You must ensure that you package the product correctly for transport. Any damage occurring to the product in the package during transport to SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL will be borne by the customer through compensatory payments upon exchange;

If you do not agree with the sending of a new product with compensatory payments, you will be refunded by bank transfer, 50% of the value of the initially ordered and damaged product, if it is no longer in a condition to be resold;

Courier fees for receiving an exchange product are 25 lei (VAT included) for delivery in the country, a cost that is reimbursed to the courier at the time of receiving the package;

If you want to receive another product instead of the one you ordered, you must make a return. After withholding the compensatory amounts (if applicable) you will receive a value voucher that you can use to place a new order on the website;

Products purchased during the promotion can only be exchanged if they are defective. For products on SALE (so purchased at a reduced price compared to the normal price), the exchange with a different size than the one purchased can only be done if the desired size for exchange is also on SALE.

9. LIMITATION OF ACCESS TO THE SITE

LOUD Design users can make comments and any other communications, they can send suggestions, questions or information, if their language is civilized, and the content of the communications is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not in any way disturb the private life of other people , does not violate intellectual property rights, does not contain viruses, does not serve promotional campaigns that are not related to LOUD T-shirts, are not mass e-mails or any other form of spam. Persons who will use a false e-mail address or send electronic messages or any other communications in the name of another natural or legal person or in the name of any other entity will be reported to the competent bodies. Tricouri LOUD does not assume responsibility and will not be liable for any kind of compensation for any kind of damage caused by such communications.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Accessing the website www.tricouriloud.ro implies the USERS' acceptance that their personal data will be kept and processed by the company SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL The purposes of processing this data are: creating a database for the creation of statistical reports, informing about LOUD T-shirts promotions or about any other promotions or activities carried out by Tricouri LOUD through any means of communication (mail, e-mail, telephone, SMS, etc.). SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL is the sole owner of the information collected from this site. SC LOUD DESIGN STUDIO SRL undertakes that personal data will not be disseminated to third parties through sale, partial disclosure or rental. The only exceptions to this rule are the direct marketing operator who performs various specific actions agreed by LOUD T-shirts, based on an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) type document and a contract, both validated by the Legal Department, as well as the financial institutions involved in providing the application service for obtaining a financing solution.

The collection of data is done through various methods and specific tools such as: the newsletter management application, by saving in databases various forms available on the site that are completed by users when creating the account, through online questionnaires, etc.

c) RESTRICTED ACCESS AND (UN)SUBSCRIBE

There are areas on the site that require registration (Registration) or subscription (newsletter). In the case of the newsletter, each edition/alert also contains the way to unsubscribe; once this option is accessed, the unsubscription is applied immediately, no other confirmations are required from the users.
